ANS: A
Hyperabduction should be avoided to prevent brachial plexus stretch. The armboard should be padded and should be of equal height as the OR bed. The secured arm should not be placed greater than 90.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: D
For any patient under the influence of anesthetic agents, there should be a minimum of 4 persons at the head, foot, and both sides of the patient.
