ANS: D
Abdominoplasty closure is performed by using the beach chair or modified sitting position to close the incision and bring the skin edges together after resection of the large redundant skin flaps.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: C
According to AORN Standards, positioning devices should maintain normal capillary interface pressure of 23 to 32 mm Hg to prevent pressure injuries. Blood flow and tissue perfusion are restricted at higher pressures.
