Warm irrigation solution is used to rinse the surgical wound and should not exceed 110 F, which is the average temperature used for bathing.

ANS: F
After all search options have been exhausted, a radiograph should be ordered and taken and an incident report filed. The OR record should reflect the incorrect count as well as efforts and actions taken to locate the missing countable item.
