Answer to Question 1

ANS: A
It is necessary to damp-dust (with a facility-approved disinfectant solution and lint-free cloth) the overhead operating light, articulated arms, furniture, flat surfaces, all portable or mounted equipment, and the tops and rims of the sterilizer and/or washer-sterilizer. The countertops in the substerile room adjacent to the OR need to also be cleaned. The floor may need to be damp-mopped.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: F
Nurses still suffer the same levels of combat that fighting soldiers do. After war, nurses may suffer from PTSD and have flashbacks of their experiences.
