Answer to Question 1

The hind limbs have a powerful kick. The spine of the rabbit is long but the vertebral column is relatively inflexible. If the rabbit is not restrained correctly, the force of its kick can cause a spinal fracture.

Answer to Question 2

An aggressive rabbit will growl as a threat or warning. Rabbits that are in pain or very frightened will emit a high-pitched scream.
