A nurse who worked with Mr. Green, a client who has Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), when he was an inpatient on the psychiatric unit happens to see him in the waiting room of the hospital's outpatient psychiatric clinic.
 
  The client motions the nurse over to tell the nurse how things had been going since he was discharged. The nurse would know the treatment they provided Mr. Green was effective when Mr. Green comments:
