Answer to Question 1

A
Feedback: Asking if the client hears something focuses on the client's experience of auditory hallucinations. Answer B, C, and D do not address the present situation.

Answer to Question 2

C
Feedback: Asking what the client dislikes explores the reason for refusal, which is the first step in resolving the issue. Waiting until tomorrow puts off the inevitable. Telling the client it is for his own good or threatening him with a more unpleasant alternative are not the most therapeutic ways to get the client to take his medication.
