Answer to Question 1

A

Answer to Question 2

C
Feedback: Clients who engage in self-injury can make agreements not to act on the impulses to harm themselves. It is not appropriate for the client to select activities to attend when he is at risk for self-harm. Time-outs and the point system for earning privileges are not appropriate.
