Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

B
Feedback: Many people view anger as a negative and abnormal feeling, and they feel guilty about being angry. The nurse can help the client see anger as a normal, acceptable emotion. Giving choices on how to express anger is not the next step in the planning stage. Answers C and D are not appropriate responses in this situation.
