Answer to Question 1

C
Strong advocacy movements favored the movement of mental health care to the community. The National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI) was the first consumer group to advocate for better services. Today there are at least seven consumer advocacy and self-help organizations. Advocacy groups focus on the principles that services should be delivered in the least restrictive environment and consumers should be involved in the treatment plan.

Answer to Question 2

D
Nurses who appear to be insulated against stress have most likely developed effective ways to engage in appropriate self-care. Such self-care modalities as imagery, relaxation through meditation, and hypnosis can be implemented. These nurses have found a method for focusing learning from their bodies and mind when potential stress is present and how to cope effectively.

The dogs detected 54 of the 55 lung cancer patients as having cancer, detected 28 of the 31 breast cancer patients, and gave only three false-positive results (detecting cancer in people who didn't have it).

Drug abusers experience the following scenario: The pleasure given by their drug (or drugs) of choice is so strong that it is difficult to eradicate even after years of staying away from the substances involved.
