Answer to Question 1

B
Team work issues require resolution at the collegial level. Managerial issues belong to management setting and personal issues or shortcomings require individual attention and willingness to learn from one's mistakes. Outside issues are not resolved in the workplace.

Answer to Question 2

B
A group is a collection of persons who come together in some way that makes them interdependent. A group, therefore, may be a client group who comes together for mutual support and therapy once a week or a group of persons admitted to a chemical dependency unit who are a group by nature of being on the unit at the same time.
