Answer to Question 1

D
Tardive dyskinesia is a neurological disorder often characterized by involuntary movements of the tongue and lips. The most common movements of this disorder are lip smacking, sucking movements, and grimacing. Slow and irregular movements that diminish when relaxed and disappear during sleep occur when the disorder affects the trunk and extremities.

Answer to Question 2

D
Research has shown that more than 60 of alcoholics have significant medical problems in addition to alcoholism. The chronic effects of alcohol may produce serious damage to the bone marrow, heart, liver, pancreas, stomach, intestines, reproductive tract, and developing embryo. Neurological complications of alcoholism are due to associated nutritional deficiencies and may affect many parts of the nervous system. Two of these complications include Korsakoff's syndrome (dementia with profound loss of recent memory) and Wernicke's encephalopathy (delirium with cranial nerve dysfunction).
