The priority outcome for a client after a suicidal attempt would be to remain safe while in the hospital. Client safety is always a priority.

A
Previously there was a community policing model, but in recent years the model has shifted to a zero tolerance model for violence. This model reestablishes police officers as figures of authority and punishment rather than as community mediators.
