Answer to Question 1

D
The violent act placed the client in the victim position. A major outcome would be to develop a feeling of being safe and secure. Testifying against the perpetrator would be positive; it will not resolve her feelings related to safety. Attending another church will not address the client's feeling. Purchasing a gun might be a good safety measure; however, the client could injure self or an innocent person if the gun is not used cautiously.

Answer to Question 2

C
Clinical appropriateness is the degree to which the type, amount, and level of clinical services are delivered to promote the best clinical outcomes.
