An 18-year-old client dreams of attending a large Ivy League college after she graduates.
 
  She has received rejection letters from several colleges because of an inadequate grade point average (GPA) and low American College Testing (ACT) program scores. She is devastated and becomes depressed. She tells a nurse, I guess I'll just have to forget about going to college. I'm just not good enough.
