You are working with a 45-year-old male patient who was in middle management. His company has downsized him. A friend of his brings him to your clinic and reports that the patient has been drinking alcohol more frequently than usual.
 
  The friend also reports that the patient's father committed suicide and that the patient has been saying, Dad had the right idea. I think my family would be better off without me, too You realize that this patient is at what level of suicide risk?
