Family R is described by a neighbor: The parents are not rich, but all the kids have what they need.
  They love to see their kids behave assertively. Everybody in that family knows where they stand.
 
  The kids have great people skills like their parents. When the mother was in the hospital, their
  daughter cooked the meals and their son cleaned. Sure, they have their disagreements, but they settle
  them without grudges.. The family can be assessed as
  a. enmeshed.
  b. fragile.
  c. healthy.
  d. schizophrenogenic.

A child, aged 10 years, is referred to the mental health clinic by the school psychologist. The child
  tells the advanced practice nurse that she wants to die because no one likes me.. She adds that the
  other girls laugh at me..
