A client, aged 15 years, has been referred to the adolescent mental health clinic by the juvenile court
  after being arrested for prostitution. She has run away from home several times and has lived in
  homeless shelters.
 
  Her parents told the court they could not manage her, that she was physically
  abusive to her mother and defiant and hostile to her father. The client tells the nurse she hates her
  parents because they focus attention on her older brother who is simply perfect in their eyes.. A
  nursing diagnosis that can be identified for the client is
