By establishing agreed-upon limits and outcomes, power struggles and manipulation can be minimized. 2. Confrontation is rarely used early in the rela-tionship. 3. Placement in a group would normally take place after the contract has been agreed upon. 4. This would not occur early in therapy.

ANS: 4
Dental enamel is damaged by the acidity of the gastric contents during the purging experience. Options 1, 2, and 3 are not considered to be related to purging.
