Answer to Question 1

ANS: 3
Options 1 and 2 are not therapeutic. Arranging for a sponsor may be helpful at some point (op-tion 4); however, teaching about flashbacks is a more important intervention for safety reasons (option 3).

Answer to Question 2

ANS: 4
Benzodiazepines like Librium have a cross tolerance with alcohol so they can be used to manage withdrawal symptoms (option 4). Cogentin (option 1), Thorazine (option 2), and ReVia (option 4) are not benzodiazepines.
