This client would present with unstable interpersonal relationships, labile affect, and complaints of emptiness. 2. Clients with this personality disorder are overly dramatic, manipula-tive, and attention-seeking. 4. Clients with this personality disorder are indifferent to and lack concern for interpersonal contacts.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: 3
The client with antisocial personality disorder is impulsive, manipulative, and dishonest. Clients with this disorder are frequently involved in illegal matters. Options 1 and 2 are more appropriate for clients with borderline personality disorder. Option 4 would apply to more readily to Cluster A disorders.
