Genomic health care is a highly individualized plan of care that utilizes information related to phenotype responses and gene functions.

Ans: D
Misrepresentation of legal documents would be a violation of the Code of Ethics. Forensic nurses are to keep accurate records and maintain integrity of the investigation. The other answers are nursing responsibilities and obligations of the forensic nurse.
