These findings indicate NMS, a serious adverse reaction to antipsychotic medication. The other findings may be significant, but are a lesser priority.

Answer to Question 2

A
These values indicate that leukopenia is present. Agranulocytosis is a sometimes fatal side effect of clozapine. The other values are above baseline.
