Answer to Question 1

Great help.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: 2
Explanation: Leadership involves role modeling and providing opportunities for other nurses to develop their own leadership skills. This helps empower nurses, and empowered nurses are more likely to promote a safe and healing environment. Although offering the workshop may be a use of formal power, it is not guaranteed to effect change. Ensuring employees have access to CE credit does not in and of itself promote safety and healing. Holding a workshop does not guarantee morale on the unit will improve.
