Answer to Question 1

If you are in a room alone, ignore any monitor that shows you. Look directly at the camera as often as possible. If you are in a room with an audience in front of you, talk to the audience, but dont completely ignore the camera. If there is an audience sitting behind you, talk to the camera most of the time. In a group presentation, talk to the camera or to the last person who spoke.

Answer to Question 2

During the presentation, team members who are not speaking should sit quietly watching the presenter. A team member fidgeting or playing with the computer will distract the audience and hurt the teams credibility. Dont interrupt your teammates and dont point out any mistakes they make to the audience unless the error is material to the presentation.
