a. Rehearsal is a way to practice in front of your visualized audience while becoming comfortable with your material through working past the troublesome sections of your presentation.
b. Heightened awareness is a natural part of the presentation, and you, the speaker, must practice breathing deeply and focusing that extra adrenaline so that it can help your presentation.
c. Communication and connection are ways for you, the speaker, to turn your attention away from yourself and focus on the audience.
