Answer to Question 1

A formal presentation usually requires the use of a podium, speaking notes, and presentation slide software and is usually delivered at conferences, briefings, demonstrations with colleagues, management, and clients. An informal presentation is usually made at the workplace during scheduled or unscheduled meetings.
