Answer: Wholeness deals with the grouping and arrangement of elements that suggest how parts of a Web site relate to the whole site. The use of contextual clues, perception, and trial and error help users comprehend the site as a whole.

Answer: The whole screen or page a user sees, including the textual, graphic, and interactive content.
