Answer to Question 1

An accumulation of fur can form a ring around the penis and urethral cone of a male chinchilla. This can tighten and form a tourniquet around the area.

Answer to Question 2

Constipation is common with an incorrect diet. Lack of fresh food and exercise will lead to constipation. Obesity can also lead to constipation.
