Answer to Question 1

A cascade bouquet is created by extending the colonial bouquet into a flowing garland any length from one foot to the floor when held at the waist.

Answer to Question 2

In most cases, the testicles of agricultural animals are suspended from the body in a sac-like structure called the scrotum because proper sperm production requires that the testicles be cooler than the temperature of the animal's body. Being suspended keeps them cooler.
