A scalene triangular design is composed of three unequal sides the same as an asymmetrical design except the number one flower is slanted slightly to the left instead of being vertical.

Hormones are chemical agents, secreted by glands, that are sent to specific areas of the animal's body and produce the effects of stimulating or inhibiting responses. Hormones control vital bodily functions such as growth and reproduction.
