Answer to Question 1

F

Answer to Question 2

Bone growth, size, and shape can have quite an effect on the well-being of the animal. Animals that are more structured are more comfortable as they move about or stand in one place. Bones parallel to the ground are considered to be more structurally correct and provide the animal with more cushion and flex as it walks. Most animals are raised on concrete floors, and this can amplify structural defects. Soreness, stiffness, and pain in moving greatly reduce reproductive ability. Also, those that have problems standing and moving on concrete generally do not live as long and are not as productive as structurally correct animals that are more comfortable on concrete.
