Because landscaping requires people who can convey a quality of sincerity and trust when dealing with a client, and whose appearance, manners, and language skills convey a positive company image. Because jobs differ in the type of employees who can successfully accomplish them. Successful employees are behaviorally suited for their specific jobs.
