If a new employee told his employer what he hoped to accomplish over the next three years, what position he aspired to hold by that time, his desire for added responsibility over time, and his long range desire to attain a key management position, what would he be revealing to the employer?
 
  a. his intent to stay no longer than three years
  b. his interest in himself and the company
  c. his true work ethic
