Answer to Question 1

Paint is formulated to stay bright, or not to contain any toxic chemicals that animals might lick, or not
to stain when rained on and running down another surface, for hard and/or heavy use areas, to adhere
to rusted surfaces, or for surfaces that are not generally touched or exposed to friction or moisture.

Answer to Question 2

When a sag or run occurs, the entire part or panel must be wiped clean with solvent and then repainted,
or it can be allowed to dry thoroughly before being sanded and repainted.
