GMAW welding is ideal for exhaust system work, repairing mechanical supports, and installing trailer
hitches and truck bumpers.

heat is indicated by gourd-shaped marks; the electrode covering turns brown; the bead does
not have clear markings; the puddle burns through the plate; it is difficult to manage the puddle; and
the arc is very noisy.
