Crop commodities include grains, oil crops, sugar crops, citrus, tree fruits, and vegetables and berries.

Answer to Question 2

Climatic conditions and available technology refer to average temperature, number of days with a
certain temperature range, length of growing season, and amount of precipitation for a given
geographic area. Climatic conditions and available technology result in some foods growing better and
in greater abundance in certain areas of the world.
