Why are many people concerned about using E. coli bacteria in genetic engineering?
 
  A) Not enough is known about genetic alteration to allow the bacteria into the environment.
  B) Scary mutations could be the result of messing with the bacteria.
  C) Scientists could gain too much control over the food supply.
  D) Instead of helping with food production we could be changing it in ways that will eventually destroy the food supply.
