Answer to Question 1

Adding moisture (water mist or spray) to the air with humidifiers, sprinkling the
horticultural commodity with water, and carefully regulating air movement and
ventilation.

Answer to Question 2

Hydrocooling, in-package icing, evaporative cooling, refrigeration, vacuum, and
hydro-vacuum cooling.
