Some characteristics of good leaders include integrity (honesty), courage, dependability,
tact, enthusiasm, selflessness, delegation skills, and loyalty



Answer to Question 2

Answers will vary, but should include that effective leadership is needed in agriscience
because it is a complex industry that involves numerous people and complex processes.
Anyone involved in the agricultural industry has a responsibility to be a good steward of
our natural resources
