Although the number of farmers has declined, job opportunities in the fields that
support the farmer have increased. More than 20 million people are employed in the
field.



Answer to Question 2

Fifty years ago, people did not think that a formal education was necessary for a life in
farming. Today, successful farmers need to be welleducated in both science and
business.
