Animals must have pleasant surroundings because animals that are uncomfortable in
their surroundings do not eat, grow, or reproduce efficiently.



Answer to Question 2

There are two lines of thinking concerning the wellbeing of animals. The first is
generally referred to as those who endorse animal welfare. The other group is referred
to as animal rights activists.
