Cows, sheep, goats, horses, and camels are all used for their milk.

Answer to Question 2

Milk is classified as Grade A, Grade B, Class I, Class II, and Class III. Grade B is used only
for processing manufactured dairy products. Class I is used for beverage consumption.
Class II is used for manufacturing soft products such as ice cream, yogurt, and cottage
cheese. Class III is used with Grade B milk in the processing of cheese, butter, and nonfat
dry milk.
