Livestock producers choose the breed they grow based on the type of market where the animals will be sold, the type of environmental conditions the animals will be produced
in, and the personal likes and dislikes of the individual producer.

Meat and animal products provide Vitamins B12, B6, A, riboflavin, protein, phosphorus,
niacin, iron, thiamin, and magnesium
