Answer to Question 1

foliage plants.

Answer to Question 2

No. Full-service florists are able to capitalize on more value-added
features which justify the higher prices they must charge to cover expenses. While
many mass markets now offer arrangement of flowers and sometimes delivery,
full service shops have delivery as a standard service plus they typically carry a
higher image of prestige and generally have a higher level of professional
exchange of information.
