As the circulating nurse, in which position would you place a client for pelvic surgery?
 
  1. supine
  2. Trendelenburg
  3. lithotomy
  4. prone

Your client asks to keep her full set of dentures in place until the last minute before surgery because her husband has never seen her without her dentures. She also wants them replaced before her husband sees her postoperatively. What should you do?
 
  1. Tell her that they have to come out no matter what.
