Answer to Question 1

D
A macule is a nonpalpable lesion, usually less than 1 cm in diameter. A papule is a palpable solid elevation of less than 0.5 cm. A nodule is a palpable solid mass that extends deeper than does a papule into the dermis or subcutaneous tissue. A patch is a localized change in the skin of less than 1 cm.

Answer to Question 2

C
Focal stimuli are immediately present in the person's environment. Residual stimuli are attitudes developed during previous experiences in one's life. Contextual stimuli are all the other stimuli present in the situation that contribute to the effect of the focal stimulus.
