Telehealth is the use of telecommunication equipment and communication networks for transferring health care information between participants at different locations. Telenursing is the model of delivery care to patients through the use of telecommunication equipment. Telecare is defined as delivering care and community support to patients at a distance. Home care is delivering care to patients within their homes.
