Answer to Question 1

B
A physician with a specialty in rehabilitation medicine is called a physiatrist and is often the team leader, although the nurse case manager may also be the leader.

Answer to Question 2

C
Developmental crises occur as a person ages and moves from one developmental stage to another. Situational crises occur at any time, are not predictable, and occur when there is a change in role or function, as in losing a job. Adventitious crisis are unpredictable events that rarely occur, such as being in a plane crash or losing a home to a flood. There is not a category of organizational crisis.
