Answer to Question 1

B
Developmental crises occur as a person ages and moves from one developmental stage to another. Situational crises occur at any time, are not predictable, and occur when there is a change in role or function, as in losing a job. Adventitious crises are unpredictable events that rarely occur, such as being in a plane crash. There is not a category of organizational crisis.

Answer to Question 2

A
First and foremost in restorative care is instituting interventions to prevent worsening of functional ability or complications that would impair it.
